Design services
I offer two fixed-price packages to suit most projects. However, for bespoke requests, don’t hesitate to contact me with your specific requirements.
Please note there may be adaptations to the particulars and price once I have a clearer idea of your project’s needs. Don’t worry, I work with you to discover which package suits your individual project before any work starts.

Design process
-
This is all about getting to know you - the listening phase.
In our virtual or in person meeting, we run through the pre-consultation questionnaire (to be sent out before the meeting).
I will ask further questions, weave out the unknown and help to identify the design outcome.
Your budget and timelines are captured at this point.
A post consultation report will be sent to you for ‘A fresh perspective’ which includes some of the ‘Develop’ and ‘Design’ items listed.
Or, a design brief will be sent to you for ‘The full design’. The design brief captures the outline of the project - scope, objectives and goals - and requires your approval to move to the ‘Design’ stage. This document is the reference point for both parties to ensure we stay on brief.
-
This is the start of the creative process which involves:
In depth research for ideas and inspiration.
Conceptual (abstract) development through imagery and words, including the colour palette.
Presenting the concept board back to you and ensuring you have a clear understanding of the design direction to move onto the next stage.
-
The start of the design process where I will share design work in stages:
Real images for the ‘look and feel’ mood board.
A scaled room plan with furniture layout.
A scaled floor plan with lighting and electrics, if added on to a package.
Source samples, fabrics, furniture and fixtures to bring the conceptual idea to life, including physical samples sent to you.
A design visual with the key items specified.
Finish schedule for trades.
Source and procure key Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FFE) items.
Gain final design approval and sign off.
Every project is slightly different so there may be adaptations to the design process once we’ve discussed yours further. Steps and options listed below will vary depending on the package chosen.
